Hoi An cooking class
Shirley, Curly and friends took a half-day cooking course in Hoi An, Vietnam, 30 July 2010. The course, under the guidance of Ms Vy at her Morning Glory restaurant, included a market visit, hands-on cooking lesson and lunch. It was fantastic.
Note to westerners: Morning glory is a green, leafy, Vietnamese vegetable (a bit like spinach). It’s not that other thing.
